If you are an employee of an in-house operation or a snow contractor:
The application requires the submittal of a written letter of reference from the applicant's present employer.
If you are an owner:
The application requires 2 reference letters from customers or clients familiar with the applicant's work. If any negative response is received, it shall be investigated by the Certification Committee. Furthermore, the Certification Committee will reserve the right to perform any investigation it deems necessary in order to determine eligibility for the applicant to take the exam.
