All exhibitors must provide SIMA with a Certificate of Insurance, naming SIMA as additional insured on your general liability policy with a $1 million policy, listing the dates of the show (June 17-20, 2025) by May 1, 2025.


Please have your insurance agent submit via this online portal or mail to the SIMA Office at 10140 N Port Washington Road, Mequon, WI 53092


Ensure that the coverage lasts through June 20, 2025!
